To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirtysevenapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thirtysevenapps, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
